The techniques for reproductive Reflexology have been developed over many years and have proved to be effective and beneficial in improving outcomes, alleviating symptoms and helping couples to improve their fertility.  I have trained with Barbara Scott in techniques for natural conception and also to work alongside assisted conception such as IVF and ICSI.  I am a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.

Before an appointment I will arrange a telephone conversation with you so that we can have a chat about where you are in your fertility journey and discuss how Reflexology may help.  I will send you a detailed consultation form to complete regarding details about your cycle, any interventions you may have had, or are currently undergoing, as well as some general lifestyle questions.  It is really important for me to have a full picture in order to tailor each treatment specifically to you.  We can then discuss a treatment plan that works for you.
