My name is Sarah and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist based in Liphook, on the Surrey and Hampshire borders, offering treatments from my purpose built cabin. I have been completing Reflexology treatments since 2015, and qualified in 2016. I have an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology including Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology for Complementary Therapies.

 

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists which means I have to complete continuing professional development every year.  I am also a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.

 

I first started having Reflexology treatments 15 years ago and became passionate about it as a therapy and how it worked, which is the passion that led to me to train as a Reflexologist in 2015.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I completed additional training in 2019 in Maternity Reflexology as many women find that it can offer benefits during their pregnancy and following birth, such as encouraging deep relaxation, reducing anxiety, reducing feelings of stress and improving quality of sleep. Reflexology treatments also provide an invaluable space where you can focus purely on yourself and your baby.

 

In February 2019 I also undertook training in Indian Head massage as I felt it complemented Reflexology really well. Indian Head massage is a very relaxing treatment that provides a sense of calm, releases anxiety and stress and can provide a general feeling of wellbeing.

 

In January 2021, I undertook my Reproflexology training with Barbara Scott to help both women and men who are struggling with fertility, whether natural or assisted.

 

In October 2021 I completed my Facial Reflexology training with the UK's leading Facial Reflexologist, Ziggie Bergman.  I also trained in Zone Face Lift with Ziggie which incorporates Facial Reflexology, facial sculpting massage and holistic facial techniques.  Zone Face Lift is being hailed by many as a credible
alternative to Botox, whilst also offering a transformative journey on the inside.

In June 2023, I completed my menopause Reflexology training with Ziggie Bergman and Louise Keet at the London School of Reflexology, to offer a unique 90 minute Face, Hand & Foot Reflexology treatment for women going through peri menopause or menopause.
