RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage)
 

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award winning technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system through Reflexology.  It aims to improve lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, and alleviate symptoms associated with conditions like lymphoedema, particularly after breast cancer treatment.

RLD is performed on the feet and involves specific movements that encourage the flow of lymph fluid, helping to drain excess fluid from the affected areas.

 

The technique has been developed by Sally Kay, who has extensive research experience in cancer care and who has received national and international recognition for its effectiveness.

 

RLD has been found effective in reducing swelling and improving overall wellbeing for clients with non cancer related conditions also.
